[Progic] How to Upload Videos from Your Computer

Learn how to upload videos in any format and let the system handle the automatic standardization process.

Before showing the upload process in practice, it's important to know that you can use different video formats (MP4, F4V, WMV, AVI, FLV, MOV) without worrying about whether they are supported by the system.

Manager will standardize your content to the format used by the platform without affecting the media quality.

Now, let's get to what matters! Follow the steps below:

Simply click on "Content", go to "Media", select "+Upload", and then click the first option, "Video". A video upload pop-up window will open. Select the Client to which the video will be assigned, choose the file(s) you want to upload, and click the "Upload" button.

Once the upload is complete, the video will appear in your Media Library with a progress circle in the "Standard" column.


A indicator meaning the file is being standardized by the system will appear. When the process is finished, your video will be ready to be added to your playlists or campaigns.
