# \[Progic\] How to Make Circular Crop in Images

## Circular Crop: How to create round photos for HR and Internal Communication media

> With Creative, you can create circular images to use in media such as employee of the month, work anniversary, welcome messages, etc. Below are the steps to perform this operation.

### **Steps to perform the circular crop:**

**Step 1:** Open Creative and select the **PNG** file type.  
**Step 2:** Remove the background color so the image becomes transparent.  
**Step 3:** Reduce the document dimensions to **500×500**.

**Step 4:** Click to insert an image from your computer and select the image you want to crop.

**Step 5:** Click on the image and then on the button to **fit to screen while maintaining aspect ratio**.  
**Step 6:** Click on the image, select **circular crop**, and crop the image as needed.

**Step 7:** Enter a name for the Creative and then click **save and close**.  
**Step 8:** Right-click on the Creative type icon and then click **"Download Image"**.

**Step 9:** Done! Now you can use the created circular image in your internal feeds.
