[Progic] How to Play Audio and Soundtracks in Your Playlist

If the video you upload contains audio, our Progic Player will play the audio track normally, allowing viewers to hear the sound included in the media.

However, most of the ready-made media available in Manager, as well as some uploaded videos, may not include embedded audio. In these cases, Manager will display the video without any sound.

Currently, it is not possible to upload .mp3, .wav, or any other audio file format directly to our system.

If you want to include audio-only content in your playlist, you will need to create a video file in a format supported by our system (such as .mp4) and add the desired audio track to that video.

Attention: Some LG display models do not come with built-in speakers. In these cases, external speakers are required to play audio.
