[Progic] How to Upload PDF, PPT, and PPTX Files

You can upload files in PDF, PPT, and PPTX formats. This option is part of the Content features package available in Progic Manager. See how easy it is.

Go to "Content" → "Media" → "Upload" and select "Import PDF and PPT".

A new screen will open. Click "+File" to select a document from your computer, as long as it is in PDF, PPT, or PPTX format. Once selected, click "Upload File" to upload it.

When the upload is complete, go to the "Select pages to generate media" field and choose which pages from the file will be created and made available in your content library.

After that, fill in the "Name" field. Assign a Group, if necessary, and adjust the Display Duration for each media item (page).

OPTIONAL: Media can be generated into two types of lists:

• Generate Playlist
• Generate Subplaylist

Click Save. You will then be redirected to the editing screen for either the Playlist or Subplaylist, depending on your selection. There, you can choose additional media items to add to the list and then simply save your changes.

Important: A media item can only be deleted from the Media screen if it is not assigned to a Playlist or Subplaylist. If a Subplaylist is assigned to a Playlist, you must first remove it from the Playlist. Then, delete the media item from the Subplaylist, and only after that will you be able to delete the media item itself.
