Video:

In the Videos section, you can upload multiple video media files at the same time. To do this, select all files you want to upload to the system and add them to the upload list. Users can click the "Add files" button multiple times to build the complete upload queue.

Once you have finished adding all files, click the "Upload file" button. The upload process will start sequentially.

Supported formats include: .mp4, .f4v, .wmv, .avi, .mov, .flv, and .mpg.

Video (Advanced):

The Advanced Video option is designed for slow or unstable internet connections. If the upload of any file in the list is interrupted, for example due to a connection failure, users can rebuild the upload list and the system will continue from where it stopped.

Record Video from Webcam:

This feature allows users to record videos using a webcam and upload them directly to the media library.

For Full HD (1920 × 1080) videos, the system uses H.264 video compression, a 6 Mbps bitrate, and AAC stereo audio compression with a bitrate of 128 Kbps.

For example, a player with 4 GB of storage can display approximately 24 hours of video content at a 6 Mbps bitrate, which provides excellent image quality. Keep in mind that these are 24 hours of unique content with no repeated videos in the playlist.

As bitrate increases, video file size also increases, reducing the total playback time available on storage devices of the same size. If a 12 Mbps bitrate is used, which is the maximum supported by the player, a 4 GB storage device can hold approximately 12 hours of unique video content.

It is also important to remember that programming schedules are often composed of other media types such as SWF files, JPG images, and PNG images, which require much less storage space.

Supported video formats include MP4, F4V, WMV, AVI, FLV, and MOV. For HD content, the minimum recommended resolution is 1280 × 720, and the maximum is 1920 × 1080 (Full HD), both using a 16:9 aspect ratio.

The system includes a built-in converter that automatically standardizes uploaded videos and transcodes them to H.264 immediately after the upload is completed. An icon is displayed to indicate whether the media has already been standardized by the system.

You can monitor the conversion process directly from the media list. Simply hover over the icon while the conversion is in progress to view the current completion percentage.

The player supports a maximum bitrate of 12 Mbps, although 6 Mbps provides excellent image quality for Full HD content. For screens larger than 40 inches, the recommended resolution is 1920 × 1080.

Other widescreen resolutions within the recommended range may also be used. For example, 1366 × 768 is a suitable option because it falls between the minimum and maximum recommended resolutions while maintaining the same 16:9 aspect ratio.

During playback, the player automatically converts the HDMI output to 1920 × 1080. When recommended resolutions are used, any image quality loss is virtually imperceptible. Maintaining a 16:9 aspect ratio is important to prevent image distortion during Full HD playback.

The SD (Standard Definition) format, commonly used in analog television systems, uses a 4:3 aspect ratio. To display this content correctly on a widescreen 16:9 display through the player's HDMI output, black side bars (Pillar Box) are added to preserve the original aspect ratio.

In these situations, quality losses become more noticeable, and visual elements such as text may appear larger than intended.

This resolution corresponds to the player's standard analog output (yellow RCA connector). We do not recommend using this output as the primary display connection because it offers significantly lower quality than HDMI. It may, however, be used for preview purposes on smaller monitors such as 7, 9, 10, or 14-inch displays.
