How to Monitor the Status of Your Player Network

The Monitoring > Players tab displays all Players (locations) associated with your user account.

Below is more information about the data available on this screen:

1st – To access the Player monitoring screen, click the Players menu.

2nd – If your account contains a large number of locations, you can filter the list to display only the Players relevant to you based on customer and/or channel assignments. You can also define how many Players are displayed per page.

3rd – You can also view the following information for each Player:

Player

Displays the Player's serial number.

When you hover your mouse over the serial number, additional details are displayed, such as:

  • Hardware Version
  • Current Firmware Version installed on the Player

Connection

Displays the Progic Player's connection status and connection type.

When the Player has internet access, the status "CONNECTED" is displayed.

If the Player does not have internet access, the status "DISCONNECTED" is displayed.

Pending Downloads

Displays the current percentage of channel content that has already been downloaded by the Player.

Hovering over the progress bar shows the exact percentage.

Schedule on the Player

Displays the channel assigned to the Player.

This assignment determines which schedule the Player should display and, consequently, which media files should be stored locally on the device.

On Air

Displays a thumbnail preview of the content currently being shown on the Player.

Info

Displays information about:

  • Temperature status
  • Storage status
  • Pending reports waiting to be sent by the Progic Player

These indicators help monitor the health and operation of the device and identify potential issues that may require attention.
