Image Formats and Resolutions
You can use JPG or PNG image files.
The maximum recommended resolution is 1920 x 1080.
Lower resolutions are also supported by the system. The most important requirement is maintaining the correct aspect ratio:
- 16:9 for horizontal images
- 9:16 for vertical images
Using the recommended aspect ratios helps ensure that images are displayed correctly without distortion.
Supported Video Formats and Specifications
The system supports videos up to Full HD (1920 x 1080) in the following formats:
- MP4
- F4V
- WMV
- AVI
- FLV
- MOV
The recommended bitrate should not exceed 10 Mbps.
This bitrate already provides excellent image quality, even for Full HD content, ensuring smooth playback and efficient storage usage.
