The image formats supported by the system are:
- PNG (with or without transparency) – Recommended
- JPG (Baseline/Sequential Encoding) – Do not use Progressive Encoding
Standards
Colors
Since media content will be displayed on monitors and TVs, the color standard must be RGB. The CMYK color standard is intended for printed materials and is not supported by the system.
Size
Images and videos uploaded to the system use Full HD resolution as the standard. This means that all media content should have a size of 1920 pixels wide by 1080 pixels high.
If this format cannot be used, dimensions should be reduced proportionally while maintaining a 16:9 aspect ratio.
