[Progic] Message: "Aguardando Início/Waiting to Start" on the Player

Player showing the "Waiting to Start" status? Learn what it means and how to resolve it.

To understand what the "Waiting to Start" message means, it is necessary to verify the player's status. There are a few possible scenarios:

1. Player CONNECTED

If the player is connected to the Internet, it usually means that it was updating its schedule and has successfully completed downloading the new content. The updated schedule should begin displaying shortly.

2. Player CONNECTED

If this message remains displayed for a long time on the Monitoring > Players screen, it indicates that the player became stuck during the download process. In most cases, restarting the device helps resume and complete the synchronization process.

3. Player DISCONNECTED

In this case, the player lost its connection while finishing the download of a new schedule. The device must be reconnected to the Internet so that the download can resume.

How to reconnect the player

If your player matches the situation described in option 3, it must be reconnected to the Internet.
